Quote for The Classics of Filial Piety

As this quote described, one way to understand "Filial Piety" is the concept of wellness. Wellness is co-related to each other in the plane of physical health, family relationships, and social relationships.

The health of everyone lies in the unique inner and outer harmony and integrity of the individual.

Modern Wellness is about the balance and growth of all dimensions of the whole body. It's not just the absence of illness or infirmity. Rather, it is the dynamic and conscious development of the whole self. Being healthy is about an individual's inner intentions, choices, and actions.

These inner drives lead to optimal well-being so that instead of surviving, you thrive.

There are many dimensions to health:

  • Mental

  • Physical

  • Spiritual

  • Social

  • Financial

  • Occupational

  • Emotional

  • Environmental

These dimensions are interdependent and influence each other. When we lose balance in one dimension, other dimensions are affected as well.
